KERET has covered Budapest's alternative scene since 2012 and calls itself the country's largest independent alternative popular music platform, run non-profit with no publisher behind it and no state money. Editor-in-chief Kornel Kilian leads a large volunteer masthead posting news, interviews, video and the weekly Heti Bontas column, plus their own talent search called Kikeltető. On Spotify they keep twelve public playlists under the KERET account, including the rolling KERET Aktual with current Hungarian music from Lenkke_, L.A. Suzi, Beton.Hofi and Pogány Induló, plus Kikeltető shortlists. If you are a musician, write to the dedicated music address at least a week before release with a description, press photos, cover art and links, while business partnerships and everything else each have their own contact.
